Italian Christmas Salsa


16 oz. softened cream cheese

4 tsp rosemary leaves

1 tsp ground black pepper


6 oz cranberries

1 cup pomegranate seeds

1/2 cup cilantro leaves

1 jalapeno, seeded

2 green onions

1/2 cup sugar

1 lime, juiced


Mix the rosemary & black pepper into the cream cheese until well combined.  Spread along the bottom of a 9x9 casserole.


Use a food processor to finely chop the cranberries, cilantro, jalapeño, and green onions.  Transfer to a mixing bowl and fold in sugar, lime juice, and pomegranate seeds until well combined.  Layer on top of cream cheese mixture.  


Serve with any cracker.  Our cracker of choice is the Cracked Pepper & Olive Oil Triscuit.

Calamari Sisters' Candy Apple Christmas Punch


For a punch-size batch:

1 bottle caramel vodka

1 bottle sour apple schnapps

4 cups cranberry juice

2 cups butterscotch schnapps


Rim glasses with butterscotch or caramel syrup & green sanding sugar.

2 oz caramel vodka

2 oz sour apple schnapps

2 oz cranberry juice

1 oz butterscotch schnapps
